To maintain a mature and fun experience within our community's Discord server, we ask each user to adhere to the below set of rules. The desire of the Nocturne community is to have a Discord server that will bring an enjoyable experience to the community as a whole. Any deviation thereof may result in removal at the admin's discretion. To maintain the maturity of our Discord server and the goals of the Nocturne community.

#announcements - All important announcements regarding the server will be made in this channel.
#suggestions - Leave any suggestions you have regarding the discord server here! , Please remain respectful.
#bot_commands - Bot commands must be used in this text channel, including music. This does not apply to any of the staff members when distributing warnings or punishing a member.
#mod-logs - All bot information regarding warnings and server updates are displayed here for staff members to view
#general - General conversations and chats will take place here, if there are any problems or concerns regarding certain conversations a staff member may request that you take the conversation to off topic, this is not a punishment. It is to ensure that the chat stays active and flowing without hassles. No photos will be allowed in general chat.
#off_topic - Chat about anything with the leisure of being able to send appropriate photos, with your leisure please be aware that the staff still has complete rights and abilities to warn you for any breakage of the rules within this channel. General, VC1, VC2, & VC3 - Typical voice channels. Once again, STAFF members may move you or may ask you to move.
Music - This is the only channel where the bot is allowed to play music, this rule does not apply to STAFF channels.
Karaoke - Sing cringe worthy songs and have fun, no this isn't American Idol be as weird as you want.
Staff,Staff2 - Private staff channels, no standard members are allowed access to these voice channels unless there is a conflict that needs a resolution.
Anyone whom is using a voice modifier/changer has the right to remain silent. In other words, a staff member may server mute you.

1. No images and no links at all except in the appropriate channel (excluding links), only Admins and Allied Leaders can post images and links in #main.
2. Don't be a Diddle. This includes either being overly offensive or talking about very sensitive topics (i.e. racism, suicide, excessive profanity, etc.).
3. Do not link pornographic and or graphic content. Be considerate of the fact that there are actually children here.
4. Do not use bot commands in any other channels except #BOT.
5. Any form of spam will be moderated immediately. Here spam can be considered as mentioning a specific person or group of people repeatedly, sending messages which consist of the same content posted multiple times, sending messages in channels which do not pertain whatsoever to what you're talking about, and malicious usage of your microphone in any of the voice channels.
6. There should be no form of disrespect to Blank at all. This is final, anyone caught disrespecting Blank will be banned.
7. No custom ranks. Admins are exclusive to this rule, they seem pointless and can be very confusing who is an HR or not. [Excludes Contest]
8. Do not try to avoid any Dyno Bot Moderations at all, by doing so will give you a warning. 3 Cases = Muted
9. Rules do not apply to admins, except for #6.
10. Don't bypass Dyno's Moderations at all! This include(s): Links, words, pictures, etc.
11. No inappropriate usernames, mods will change name, and if done 3 times, restricted.
#[To all Rules except for #6: First offense will be considered as a warning, then followed by being muted if continued to be repeated again, ban.]
11. Pt.2: Don't copy any usernames at all, we want everyone to have a unique name, if copied, will change once then repeated; kicked.
12. You will be kicked if any mod has declared you as a troublesome member of our discord. Ban is when you violate any rules repeatedly.
13. Impersonating of any kind will result in a kick or ban. We do not tolerate any misleading appearances. [Includes images, names, etc.]
14. Leaving and joining back is fine, however, if done multiple times you will be banned. If you have a role before, it will be given back 1 time, if you leave again I will ban you.
15. Typing paragraphs are completely normal, but please type in full sentences. Not have one line one word (one line two words, one line three words etc.) All I am asking is to speak clearly without 'spamming' in such a way.
16. Disrespect against admins is not allowed at all, this goes to EVERYONE [Excludes Blank].
17. Do not ask for any ranks in the discord. Failure to do so will result in a ban.
18. "If you have a problem with an HR Discuss the issue with them or another HR instead of Talking about the person behind their back." (Note you will not get in trouble for talking to an HR about the issue.)
19. We do allow you to speak in all caps, just don't be overly dramatic about it.
20. No downloadable files at all, this is final. And all videos should be through YouTube: Vimeo and others are not allowed.
