I was minding my own business when a Ginger leaped from the fields and took a bite of me.
It really hurt,
Please respond ASAP.
I might have contracted Ginger Fever.

I think you should be fine.
If you begin to feel attracted to redhead women at any point in time, your best bet is to see a doctor.
On terms of who bit you, I think the wild Ginger may need to be quarantined until further notice.
